We are hard at work to ensure your order is fulfilled as quickly as possible. In this unprecedented global situation, it is possible international orders may take longer to deliver than expected. We apologise if this happens and seek your patience.

Shipping and Delivery
New Zealand Orders:
Shipping with be calculated at checkout.
All products are shipped using CourierPost Non-Signature with Track and Trace.
Please allow up to 7 working days for NZ delivery.

Bulk and Wholesale Orders:
Please email email@example.com for wholesale pricing, availability and shipping.
Returns / Refund Policy
If your order does not arrive within the specified time frame please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can track your item and if it cannot be located a replacement will be provided.
Consumer Guarantees Act:
To meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA), we will replace or substitute any defective or poor-quality product you may receive from us.
Incorrect Product Delivered:
If you receive an incorrect product please notify us immediately at email@example.com so we can arrange the correct product to be sent out and provide instructions on returning the incorrect product at our expense.
Products Out of Stock:
If an item ordered from our website becomes out of stock after it has been ordered and paid for we will contact you to arrange a refund or substitute for that item. Refunds will be made back to the account the original payment came from.
